发泡片材专用LDPE树脂的结构与性能

     

摘要

The molecular structure, aggregation structure and rheological properties of the low density polyethylene LD800 for foamed sheet were analyzed by melt flow rate indicator, infrared spectroscopy and gel permeation chromatography.The melt flow rate, weight average molecular mass, relative molecular mass distribution and extrusion swelling ratio of LD800 were 2.5 g/10 min, 18.1×104, 7.0, 1.60, respectively. LD800 had good processability and it had higher foaming ratio and resilience performance of the resultant product in ensuring the processing efficiency. Research on application showed that LD800 had high foaming ratio, and the foamed sheet made with LD800 had uniform cell and low cell collapse .%通过熔体流动速率仪、红外光谱仪、凝胶渗透色谱仪、差示扫描量热仪等分析了发泡片材专用低密度聚乙烯树脂LD800的分子结构、聚集态结构与流变性能。LD800熔体流动速率为2.5g/10min,重均分子量约18.1×104,相对分子质量分布为7.0,熔胀比为1.60,加工性能良好,在保证加工效率的情况下具有较高的发泡倍率和制品回弹性能;应用性能研究表明,采用LD800发泡时发泡倍率高,泡孔均匀,泡孔坍塌率低。
