通过优化聚合工艺条件,控制聚合釜中各原料气的组成及聚合压力、温度等工艺参数,生产出化妆品瓶专用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE) 6500B.该树脂熔体流动速率为0.32~0.41 g/10 min,密度为0.958~0.960 g/cm,拉伸断裂应变大于650%,拉伸强度大于24 MPa,耐环境应力开裂时间大于100 h,满足质量指标要求.用HDPE 6500B生产的化妆品瓶表面光泽度好、壁厚均匀、无裂纹、无气泡,冷藏24 h后跌落无破损.%The special high density polyethylene (HDPE) resin 6500B for cosmetic bottles was produced by optimizing polymerization process conditions, namely, the control of the feed gas composition, polymerization pressure, temperature and other parameters in the polymerization reactor. The resin had melt flow rate of 0.32~0.41 g/10 min, density of 0.958-0.960 g/cm3, tensile strain at break over 650%, tensile strength higher than 24 MPa and environmental stress cracking resistance more than 100 h, which met the quality specifications. The cosmetics bottles produced with HDPE 6500B had the advantages of good surface gloss, homogeneous wall thickness, and freedom from cracks and bubbles. Furthermore, the bottles suffered no damage of falling after being kept in cold storage for 24 hours.
