BCZ型催化剂在Hypol工艺PP装置上的工业应用

     

摘要

研究了BCZ型催化剂在Hypol工艺聚丙烯(PP)装置上的工业应用情况,分析了使用BCZ型催化剂进行丙烯聚合时装置运行情况和PP性能,并与NA型催化剂进行了对比。结果表明:与NA型催化剂相比,BCZ型催化剂活性提高约25%,但氢调敏感性降低;使用BCZ型催化剂,生产负荷分别为6.5,9.0t/h左右时,催化剂消耗量分别为0.030,0.034kg/t左右,氢气消耗量约为0.65,0.56Nm3/t,与使用NA型催化剂相比氢气消耗量分别提高约20%,4%;用BCZ型催化剂生产的PP粉料的颗粒形态较好、超细粉含量较低、等规指数降至98.5%,PP粒料的刚性略好。%The authors studied the industrial application status of BCZ catalyst in a Hypol polypropylene (PP) plant, analyzed the running conditions and product properties of propylene polymerization with BCZ catalyst and compared those with NA catalyst. The results show that the activity of BCZ catalyst increases by 25% approximately, while the hydrogen response of BCZ catalyst decreases in comparison with those of NA catalyst. The catalyst consumption is about 0.030, 0.034 kg/t and the hydrogen consumption is about 0.65, 0.56 Nm3/t when the production load is about 6.5, 9.0 t/h, respectively, in the presence of BCZ catalyst. The hydrogen consumption is improved by 20% and 4% approximately compared to those of NA catalyst. The PP powders produced with BCZ catalyst have good particle shape, low ultra fine powder content and the isotacticity of the PP powders reduces to 98.5%. The rigidity of the PP pellets produced with BCZ catalyst is slightly better than that of the PP pellets produced with NA catalyst.
