气相丙烯聚合用BCZ型催化剂的性能及应用

         

摘要

研究了丙烯聚合用BCZ型Ziegler-Natta催化剂的3个产品——BCZ-108,BCZ-208,BCZ-308在气相Innovene工艺装置上生产和开发的各种聚丙烯牌号的性能.结果表明:颗粒状BCZ型催化剂综合性能优良,适于在无预聚合单元气相装置中使用,装置运行稳定,聚合物粉料颗粒形态保持良好,细粉少;BCZ-108适用于均聚、无规共聚以及抗冲共聚聚丙烯的生产;BCZ-208活性高,定向能力高,氢调敏感性好,生产的聚丙烯可溶物少,适用于高性能纤维专用树脂、高熔体流动速率无规共聚和均聚物的生产;BCZ-308氢调不敏感,生产的聚丙烯相对分子质量分布宽,加工性能好,适用于低熔体流动速率、宽相对分子质量分布聚丙烯的生产和开发.%The properties of various grades of polypropylene(PP) prepared via gas phase Innovene process with three BCZ Ziegler-Natta catalysts, BCZ-108, BCZ-208 and BCZ-308, were observed respectively. The results show that the granular BCZ catalysts perform excellently in gas phase plant without prepolymerization unit, where the operation is stable, the polymer powder maintains good particle morphology with less fine. BCZ-108 is suitable for producing homo-, radom- and impact copolymer PP. BCZ-208 has high activity, good stereospecificity, sensitive hydrogen response,and the PP it produced has less soluble substance. It is suitable for production of high performance fiber specialty,random and homo-PP in high melt flow rate (MFR). BCZ-308 has low hydrogen response ability, the molecular weight distribution(MWD) of the PP product is broad, which brings good processabillity. It is suitable for the fabrication and development of PP with low MFR and broad MWD.
