1.56dtex阳离子可染中空涤纶短纤维的纺丝工艺

         

摘要

采用阳离子可染聚酯切片为原料,熔融纺丝制得1.56 dtex阳离子可染中空涤纶短纤维,探讨了纺丝工艺参数对生产及纤维性能的影响.结果表明:控制干切片的含水率小于30μg/g,组件初始压力10.5~12.0 MPa,纺丝温度278-283℃,单孔吐出量0.39~0.45g/min,纺丝速度1 100~1 250m/min,环吹风速度0.9~1.1 m/s、温度24~27℃,纺丝过程顺利稳定,中空成形良好,纤维物理指标优良,其断裂强度为3.50cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为24%,中空度为15%.%A cationic dyeable hollow polyester staple fiber of 1.56 dtex was produced from cationic dyeable chips via melt spinning process. The effect of spinning parameters on the production and properties of the fiber was discussed. The results showed that the spinning process was smooth and stable and the resulted fiber had fairly good hollow formation and excellent physical index including breaking strength 3.50 cN/dtex, elongation at break 24% and hollowness 15% when the conditions were as followed: moisture content of dried chips below 30 μg/g, initial pressure of spinpack 10. 5 - 12. 0 Mpa, spinning temperature 278 - 283 ℃ , single-hole extrusion rate 0. 39 -0.45 g/min, spinning speed 1 100 - 1 250 m/min, circular air speed 0.9 - 1.1 m/s and temperature 24-27 ℃.
