载银海藻酸盐/PET纤维的制备及性能研究

             

摘要

A calcium alginate/ polyethylene terephthalate ( PET) fiber was prepared by sol-gel method subsequent to about 8%alkali weight reduction treatment and sucrose fatty acid ester treatment. A loading silver alginate/polyethylene terephthalate ( PET) fiber was prepared by the ion exchange of calcium alginate/PET fiber with silver ion. The immersion conditions of calci-um alginate/PET fiber in silver nitrate solution were studied, as were the structure and properties of PET fiber before and after treatment. The results showed that the concentration of nitrate solution was rationally 0. 005 mmol/L;the surface of PET fiber be-came rougher after coating with calcium alginate, a large amount of hydroxyl group was introduced onto the surface, the thermal and mechanical properties of PET fiber did not obviously change after the treatment, but the hydrophilicity, antistatic behavior and antibacterial behavior of the loading silver alginate/PET fiber were profoundly improved as compared with PET fiber, the con-tact angle between the loading silver alginate/PET fiber and water was 54. 2°, the half-life was 20 s, the inhibition zone diame-ter was 2 mm against escherichia coli when the PET fiber had the contact angle 122. 5°with water, the half-life 150 s and no anti-bacterial effect against escherichia coli.%将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯( PET)纤维经过减量率约8%的碱减量处理后,再经蔗糖脂肪酸酯处理,利用溶胶凝胶法制备海藻酸钙/PET纤维,再与银离子进行离子交换制得载银海藻酸盐/PET纤维,研究了海藻酸钙/PET纤维在硝酸银溶液中的浸渍条件,以及处理前后PET纤维的结构与性能。结果表明:合适的硝酸银溶液浓度为0.005 mmol/L;经海藻酸盐涂覆后的PET纤维表面变得粗糙,其表面引入了大量的羟基基团,处理后的PET纤维的热性能和力学性能没有明显变化;但载银海藻酸盐/PET纤维的亲水性、抗静电性能及抗菌性能较PET纤维具有明显的提升,载银海藻酸盐/PET纤维与水的接触角为54.2°,半衰期为20 s,抗大肠杆菌的抑菌圈直径为2 mm;而PET纤维与水的接触角为122.5°,半衰期为150 s,对大肠杆菌没有抑菌作用。
