简述了国内氨纶行业市场现状和发展趋势,并从差别化、功能化氨纶工艺开发,以及氨纶生产技术等方面对氨纶技术现状和发展趋势进行了论述.随着氨纶需求的不断扩大和氨纶产业技术的升级,我国氨纶生产能力从2009年的308 kt/a增长至2016年的688 kt/a,呈现供大于求的局面,行业盈利能力大幅下降,优势企业扩能步伐加速,行业集中度提高.差别化、功能化氨纶工艺开发已取得较大进展和突破,但氨纶在易染色、低温热定型、高伸长率/高强力等方面仍需进一步研究;未来氨纶在纺丝速度、溶液纺丝与熔融纺丝技术、产品的均一性及稳定性等方面仍有待技术突破.%The market situation and development trend of Spandex industry in China were briefly introduced.The present situa-tion and development trend of Spandex technology were discussed from the aspects of Spandex differentiation and functionalization technology and Spandex production technology.With the increasing demand of Spandex and the technology upgrading,the Span-dex production capacity rase from 308 kt/a in 2009 to 688 kt/a in 2016 in China and showed the oversupply situation,the indus-try profitability dropped significantly,the expansion pace of enterprises accelerated and the industry concentration increased;the research in the development of differential and functional fiber technology has been made great progress and breakthrough,there-fore the easy-dyeability,low-temperature heat-set and high-elongation/high-strength Spandex should be further studied in the fu-ture;and the technical breakthrough was expected to be achieved in the aspects of spinning speed, solution spinning and melt spinning technology,product uniformity and stability,etc.
