一种木质素磺酸盐两性表面活性剂的合成及表征

     

摘要

Lignin intermediate was prepared by epichlorohydrin and calcium lignosulphonate (SL) in the presence of tetrabutylammonium bromide catalyst. Then lignin sulfonate amphoteric surfactant ( LSAS) was synthesized by N - methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) and lignin intermediate. Through the orthogonal experiment, the optimal conditions was investigated as: m ( SL ) : m ( NMP ) = 1: 2. 0; reaction time ,3.5 h; pH = 9; reaction temperature, 80 ℃. Nitrogen mass fraction in the product was identified as 1. 51% . The structure of the product was characterized by elementary analysis, FTIR and UV spectrograph.%首先使环氧氯丙烷与木质素磺酸钙(SL)在相转移催化剂四丁基溴化铵作用下发生反应,生成木质素中间体;然后中间体再与N -甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)反应生成木质素磺酸钙两性表面活性剂(LSAS).通过正交试验确定较佳反应条件为:m(SL)∶m(NMP) =1∶2.0,反应时间为3.5h,pH =9,反应温度为80℃,此时产物中ω(氮)=1.51%.通过元素分析、红外光谱和紫外光谱确证了目标产物的结构.
