The paper describes the design and application of an alternative tester of 20m high-speed drop hammer impact testing for PVC-M pipe. This tester in the main consists of a sample support base, a catching mechanism, and an impact system. The system implements the impact hammer gravitational potential energy into elastic potential energy and reducing the height of the testing machine. The performance of the device is stable and reliable, meeting the requirements of the CJ/T 272-2008 standard.%本文介绍了一种PVC-M管材耐冲击性能用高速落锤冲击试验机替代传统自由落体式冲击试验机的设计及应用情况。该高速落锤冲击试验机主要由撞击系统、扑捉装置、支撑试样底座等部分组成,其中撞击系统是该试验机的核心,实现将弹性势能替代重力势能转化为动能,达到降低试验机高度的目的。该装置性能稳定可靠,满足CJ/T272-2008标准对PVC-M管材高速落锤冲击试验的要求。
