我国优秀男子自由式摔跤运动员主要关节肌力特征研究

         

摘要

目的::探讨我国优秀男子自由式摔跤运动员主要关节(肩、肘、腰背、膝)肌力特征。方法:运用 ISOMED 2000肌力测试系统完成国家队男子自由式摔跤运动员(27名)主要关节不同速度下(0°/s、180°/s)的屈、伸肌群测试。结果:1)不同级别运动员对比中,各关节肌群的 PT/BW0°/s 、AP180°/s 、WF180°/s 等指标差异情况并不相同;2)运动员级别变化的两个阶段中,均存在各自变化幅度较大的肌力指标(如腰背部,NFC→ SM:EPT/BW0°/s 变化16.41%;SM→ISM:EPT/BW180°/s 变化16.03%);3)屈伸力矩比在不同级别运动员关节中的表现不一,且存在不稳定情况(膝关节 F/E0°/s 在40.59±6.79~50.90±5.10)。结论:1)男子自由式摔跤运动员随着运动水平的提高,各关节肌群力量水平均有所提高,但两者并非是线性关系;2)肩、肘关节肌群侧重动态条件下的稳定性力量训练,腰背部 肌 群 应 在 最 大 力 量 基 础 上发展快速力量,膝关节需提高快速力量和静态稳定力量。%Objective:This study is to explore the muscle strength characteristics of major joints (shoulder,elbow,back,knee)on elite freestyle wrestlers in China.Methods:The flexion and extension of the major joints were texted by the ISOMED 2 0 0 0 testing system for 2 7 national team athletes.Results:1 )some indexes of joints,such as PT/BW0°/s ,AP1 80°/s ,WF1 80°/s were different on different levels athletes;2 )In the two stages of athletes category change,there were larger muscle strength indexes which is respective change range (such as the lower back, NFC→ SM:EPT/BW0°/s is 1 6 .4 1 % ;SM→ ISM:EPT/BW1 80°/s is 1 6 .0 3 %);3 )The perform-ance of the F/E is different in different level athletes ’major joints,and there were unstable conditions (knee joint:4 0 .5 9 ± 6 .7 9 ~ 5 0 .9 0 ± 5 .1 0 ).Conclusion:1 )muscle strength level of major joints is increased with the increasing of competitive levels for male freestyle wres-tlers ,but this is not a line relationship;2 )Shoulder and elbow muscles should focus on the dy-namic stability strength training,the lower back muscles should develop rapid strength on the basis of maximum strength,and knee joint muscles should improve rapid strength and static stability strength.
