智能手环/手机应用程序在不同步行速度或路面中的计步有效性研究

         

摘要

目的:对智能手环和智能手机运动应用程序(APP )在不同步行速度和不同步行地面中计步的有效进行研究,检验其是否能够应用于登山、野外徒步、田径场跑步健身以及日常水泥硬化路面的健身计步。方法:2名受试者分别使用3款智能手环(佩戴在右手手腕)和4款基于iPhone5s iOS9系统的运动 APP(安装在同一款手机,测试时手机放在裤子口袋中),在实验室条件下采用跑台测量3.2km/h、4.8km/h、6.4km/h、8.0km/h、9.6km/h等5种速度走跑各5 min的步数(实际步数通过录像回放精确确定),之后在室外塑胶田径场跑道、泥土地、水泥地、山地4种不同路面条件下分别进行低速走、正常步速走和快速走各300步。最终比较实验室内和室外智能手环/手机运动 APP记录的步数与实际步数间的差异。结果:5种速度等级步行状态下智能手环/手机运动APP记步误差逐渐减小,3.2 km/h速度下与实际步数均存在显著性差异(P均<0.05),且低速状态下不同手环间记录步数差异也较大。室外塑胶跑道、泥地、水泥地、山地4种不同路面在低速步行状态下智能手环/手机运动APP存在显著性差异( P<0.05)。在正常步速和快速走中差异不显著。结论:智能手环/手机运动 APP计步功能的有效性主要影响因素为步行速度,步行路面因素影响不大,故可作为大众在日常健身如登山、塑胶田径场跑步、水泥硬化路面步行、野外徒步等步行量的自我监测工具,尤其适用于跑步运动,在双脚位移速度较慢的体力活动中计步可能存在一定的误差。%Objective :Smart bracelets and smartphone APP gets on the ground in different walk‐ing speed and walking step to study the effective and test if it can be applied to mountain climbing ,outdoor hiking ,track and field running fitness and daily hardened cement pavement fitness plan step ,to provide the reference for the general fitness enthusiasts .Methods :The two subjects ,respectively ,using three smart bracelet (worn on the right hand w rist ) ,and based on four iPhone5s iOS9 system the movement of the APP (to test the installation on the same phone ,cell phone in his trousers pockets ) ,for the first time under laboratory conditions using the treadmill measuring 3 .2 km/h ,4 .8 km/h ,6 .4 km/h ,8 .1 km/h ,9 .7 km/h and so on 5 kinds of speed walking steps run every 5 min steps (real ) through video replay accurate re‐cords ,after the outdoor space ,mud ,plastic cement ,mountain four different road conditions for low‐speed ,normal pace ,and quick walk 300 steps .Final comparison experiments indoor and outdoor intelligent bracelet/mobile phone APP recorded the number of steps and the actual differences .Results :5 kinds of speed walking condition intelligent bracelet and phone APP step error decreases ,3 .2 km/h speed and the actual steps there are significant differences ( P<0 .05) ,and low speed condition between different bracelet record number difference is bigger al‐so .Outdoor space ,mud ,plastic cement ,mountain four different road surface in the condition of low speed walking intelligent bracelet and phone APP there were significant differences ( P<0 .05 ) .In no significant difference in normal pace and walked quickly .Conclusions :Smart bracelet/APP phone movement plan step function of the effectiveness of the main influence fac‐tors for walking speed ,walk the road factors impact is not big ,it can be used as the masses of fitness ,such as mountain climbing ,plastic track and field running ,walking ,hiking and other wild city streets walking amount of self‐monitoring tool ,it is especially suitable for running , and applied to the displacement of the feet step speed slower physical activity gets there may be some error .
