插入式接管角接接头超声检测缺陷自动定位系统的开发

摘要

本文通过对插入式接管角接接头的超声波检测进行深入研究，确定了探头所在椭圆曲面的曲率半径的变化规律，推导出曲面上任意一点的曲率半径及缺陷定位修正计算公式，研究开发缺陷自动定位修正系统，实现了该类焊缝超声检测时缺陷的精确定位。%Through deeply studying the ultrasonic test of angle welded joint with inserted take-over, the article determined the change rule of radius of elliptical curve which the ultrasonic probe lies in, deduced the curve radius and calculation formula of defect location amending, researched and developed the automatically amending system, and realized accurately location during ultrasonic testing in this kind of welding seal.
