带超压泄放装置压力容器气密性试验的讨论

摘要

This article discusses the airtight test requirements for pressure vessels with overpressure relief devices, analyzes the pressure vessels category which must carry out leak test and the airtight test purposes for pressure vessels with overpressure relief devices. With the analysis of TSG R0004—2009 Supervision Regulation on Safety Technology for Stationary Pressure Vessel and relevant provisions in GB 150.1~GB 150.4—2011 Pressure Vessels, the recommended methods for pressure vessels airtight test with overpressure relief devices is given.%本文对带超压泄放装置压力容器的气密性试验要求进行了讨论，分析了必须进行泄漏试验的压力容器种类和带超压泄放装置压力容器气密性试验的目的，通过对TSG R0004—2009《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》和GB 150.1～GB 150.4—2011《压力容器》中相关规定的分析，给出了带超压泄放装置压力容器气密性试验的建议方法。
