基于粗糙集-AHM的装备制造业企业创新能力评价指标权重计算研究

摘要

The evaluation of enterprise innovation capability is an important basis to reflect the enterprise innovation ca-pability, reviewing enterprise innovation actions and guiding enterprise innovation. How to decide the index weights is an important part to evaluate innovation capability. In order to solve the insufficient of the expert experience and preference influence, the rough set and AHM are employed. In this paper, a new comprehensive evaluation indicator weight calcu-lation method based is proposed. This method not only can fully integrated subjective an objective of the index weights but also overcome the shortcomings of AHP on high sample data consistency test.%企业创新能力评价是反映企业创新能力、反思企业创新行为、指导企业创新活动的重要依据。在企业创新活动中，指标权重的确定是评价的重要环节。文中针对以往指标权重研究主要依靠主观赋值，受专家经验、偏好影响较大的不足，提出基于粗糙集理论与AHM相结合的综合指标权重计算方法。该方法既能够充分综合主观与客观两方面的指标重权值，同时又克服了AHP在计算过程中对样本数据一致性检验要求高，需要反复问卷的不足。最后通过实例分析说明了本方法的可行性。
