世界区域经济协同发展经验及其对中国的启示

摘要

The paper has described the basic trending of the regional disparity of the international world in details;analyzed the newest development direction of regional policies of the international world; and put out the advanced experiences of the Coordinated Regional Development of the international world and some enlightenments to the coordinated regional development of China. One of the enlightenment is to build up a new regional system, which is a new regional division and cooperation system—including the basic framework of the integration of space market with“four-level and four-vertical” connecting lines;and new system of multilevel of regional division and cooperation.%本文详细论述了世界区域经济发展差距演变基本态势，深入分析了世界各国国家区域政策最新的发展方向，并提出了国际区域协同发展先进经验对中国区域协同发展的若干启示。启示之一是进一步提高对缩小区域差距重要性的认识；启示之二是采取更加有力的措施促使区域绝对差距缩小转折点的到来；启示之三是尽快构建我国区域经济新体系，即空间市场一体化条件下的区域经济分工合作新体系———包括“四纵四横”的空间市场一体化的基本框架和“二实三虚”多层次区域分工合作新体系。
