二氧化硅/硅酸锰核壳微球的可控制备

     

摘要

Manganese silicate core-shell microspheres with tunable chamber structures have been synthesized by a reaction between Mn(CH3COO)2·4H2O and SiO2 microspheres via hydrothermal method at 140℃. The chamber and shell thickness of the manganese silicate microspheres can be controlled by adjusting the synthetic parameters of MnSiO3, such as reaction time. As the amount ratio of substances changes, the morphology and dimensions of the products vary considerably. The products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and nitrogenadsorptionanddesorption.%  以二氧化硅微球为模板,乙酸锰为锰源,140℃下水热合成了二氧化硅/硅酸锰核壳微球。核与空腔的大小可通过反应时间进行控制。随反应物Si/Mn物质的量比的改变,产物的形貌和尺寸发生了较大的变化。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和氮气吸附脱附等测试手段对所得产物进行表征和分析。
