In recent years ,with the soaring development of various wireless communication technologies ,the demand of wireless spectrum is experiencing a rapid growth .Unfortunately ,majority of the spectrum resources have been allocated through long‐term and regional leases without carefully planning ,while large number of new applicants is in shortage of the desired spectrum . To tackle this issue ,a truthful auction framework is proposed to solve the heterogeneous spectrum trading in this work .The giv‐en mechanism provide enough incentives to encourage the existing spectrum holders (a .k .a primary users ,sellers) to sell the un‐derutilized spectrum resources to the new applicants (a .k .a secondary users ,buyers) ,which can greatly alleviate the existing“spectrum crisis” .A high efficient greedy spectrum allocation method is adopted in the proposed mechanism .Our goal is to de‐sign truthful auction mechanism that maximizes the overall social efficiency of new users .In order to improve the spectrum utili‐zation ,all spectrum channels are allocated to various buyers without interference .Further ,to achieve the truthfulness ,a bid‐in‐dependent payment calculation method is proposed .Moreover ,via simulation ,we show the effectiveness of the proposed algo‐rithm .%随着无线通信技术的不断发展,各类无线用频业务对频谱资源的需求也随之飞速增长。然而,绝大多数可用频段已经以长期租赁的形式分配出去,使得新的用频需求者很难申请到所需的频谱。为了解决这一问题,文章设计了一种面向异质频谱的诚实拍卖机制,以鼓励现有频谱持有者将自身空闲的频段提供给新的频谱需求者使用,解决所面临的频谱危机。所设计的频谱拍卖机制以最大化社会效益为优化目标,采用贪心机制设计了一个高效的频谱分配策略,将每段频谱分配给一组互不干扰的买家,以提高频谱的复用率。为了保证参与拍卖的买家的诚实性,还设计了一种与报价无关的频谱支付机制。通过仿真实验验证了所设计机制的有效性。
