WCCA分析中电感电容的PSpice建模优化

         

摘要

WCCA(Worst Case Circuit Analysis)is an effective tool based on PSpice to evaluate the reliability of devices and circuits.and high-accuracy Component models are required by this advanced application.To enhance the authenticity of the simulation results and ensure the credibility of Worst Case Circuit Analysis,this paper improves the traditional ways to model capacitors and inductors, and a new modeling method based on the component's internal topology structure is proposed.Furthermore,the simulation result from a real circuit proves that this method of modeling is correct and effective.%基于PSpice的最坏情况电路分析(WCCA)是检视器件和电路可靠性的有效工具,速一高级仿真应用对器件模型的准确度做出了很高的要求.为了提高WCCA仿真结果的真实性,保证电路极限分析的可信度,本文对电感电容的传统建模方式加以改进,提出了一种以元件内部拓扑结构为基础的建模方法,并通过一个电路仿真实例验证了这种模型构建方式的准确性和实用性.
