健康教育在病毒性肝炎患者护理中的应用价值分析

[Abstract Objective]To analyze the application value of health education in nursing of patients with viral hepatitis.Methods:42 caG ses of viral hepatitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,both of them have21 cases,from DecemG ber 2014 to December in our hospital from to.The observation group was treated with health education and nursing care,while the conG trol group was treated with routine nursing methods.3 months later,the knowledge of the two groups of patients,as well as the length of hospital stay were analyzed and recorded.Results:After treatment,the observed group of patients for the knowledge rate of 95.2%, while the control group for the knowledge rate of 76.2%,.After comparison,the difference between the two groups was significant,P< 0.05.Conclusions:the health education of patients with viral hepatitis can effectively improve the patient's knowledge of viral hepaG titis,improves the patient's self health care consciousness,it is worth popularizing in clinic.%目的::分析健康教育在病毒性肝炎患者护理中的应用价值.方法:选自2014年12月-2015年12月间我院收治的病毒性肝炎患者42例,并随机分为两组,每组患者各21例.观察组采用健康教育护理方法对患者进行护理,对照组采用传染科常规护理方法进行护理.3个月后,对两组患者的知识掌握情况进行分析并记录.结果:经过护理后,观察组患者对于知识的掌握率达95.2%,而对照组患者对于知识的掌握率达76.2%,二组护理效果差异明显 P<0.05.结论:对病毒性肝炎患者进行健康教育护理可以有效提升患者对于病毒性肝炎知识的掌握情况,提高了患者的自我保健意识,值得在临床上大力推广.
