Objective:To study the effect of self decompression on joint function recovery and complications in patients with lower limb fracture.Methods:70 patients with lower limb fracture were divided into 2 groups according to the time of admission.The paG tients in each group were divided into 35 groups.Control group to take basic care,observation group plus self decompression nursing, compared the two groups of application effect.Results:the VAS score and the degree of swelling in the control group were significantG ly higher than those in the observation group,the incidence rate of complications was higher than that of the observation group,the difference was significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:self decompression method for joint function recovery and complications in patients with lower limb fracture has significant clinical effect,can effectively alleviate the degree of swelling of the affected limb,reduce the incidence of complications.%目的：：研究自我减压法对下肢骨折患者关节功能恢复及并发症的影响.方法：将70例下肢骨折的患者根据入院时间将其分为2组，各35例.对照组采取基础护理，观察组加用自我减压法护理，比较两组应用效果.结果：对照组护理后 VAS 评分及肿胀程度均明显高于观察组，并发症总发生率高于观察组，差异显著( P＜0．05).结论：自我减压法对下肢骨折患者关节功能恢复及并发症临床效果显著，能有效缓解患肢肿胀程度，减少并发症发生率.
