On the "Forum on Green Development of Rubber and Plastics Chemicals Industry" held by China Chemical Industry Environmental Protection Association in Tianjin on September 10, Xu Chunhua, honorary chairman of China Rubber Industry Association Rubber Chemicals Specialized Committee, proposed the strategic policy for development of China’s rubber chemicals industry in the "14th Five-year Plan".
