环保软化剂对微波再生全胎胶粉性能的影响

             

摘要

The effects of the addition level of environmentally-friendly softeners and the content of polar compounds in the softener on the properties of whole tire rubber powder were investigated.The results showed that,under the same microwave heating process,the regeneration temperature of rubber powder could be reduced by addition of environmentally-friendly oil PAX or environmentally-friendly aromatic oil,and the processability and physical properties of reclaimed rubber were improved.When the addition level of PAX or aromatic oil was 10 phr or 15 phr,respectively,the properties of reclaimed rubber were better,and the improvement by using PAX was more significant than that by using aromatic oil.It was also found that with a proper amount of glycerol in PAX,the regeneration temperature of rubber powder increased,the processability of reclaimed rubber was improved and the physical properties decreased slightly.%研究环保软化剂用量和环保软化剂中极性物质含量对微波再生全胎胶粉性能的影响.结果表明:在相同微波加热工艺下,环保油PAX和环保芳烃油均可降低胶粉的再生温度,改善再生胶的加工性能和物理性能,环保油PAX用量为10份或环保芳烃油用量为15份时,再生胶的综合性能较好,且环保油PAX的改善效果优于环保芳烃油;在环保油PAX中加入适量甘油,胶粉的再生温度提高,再生胶的加工性能改善,物理性能略微降低.
