高硬度氟橡胶密封垫片材料的研制

         

摘要

研究不同填料和短纤维对氟橡胶性能的影响.结果表明:在氟橡胶中加入填料,胶料的最小转矩增大,焦烧时间和正硫化时间缩短;炭黑N990/白炭黑R300并用填充氟橡胶硫化胶的综合物理性能较好;在炭黑N990/白炭黑R300补强体系中加入1份氟联5#硫化剂和2份芳纶浆粕,能够得到综合物理性能优异、耐高温、高压冲击寿命长的产品.%The influence of different fillers and short-fibers on the properties of FKM compound was investigated.The results showed that,by adding fillers in the FKM compound,the minimum torque of the compound increased,the scorch time and optimum curing time were shortened.The comprehensive physical properties of FKM vulcanizate filled with both carbon black N990 and silica R300 were good.It was found that by adding 1 phr fluorolink-5 and 2 phr aramid pulp in the carbon black N990/silica R300 reinforced FKM compound,the FKM product possessed excellent physical properties,excellent high temperature and high pressure resistance,and long service life.
