阻燃芳纶芯输送带贴胶的研制

摘要

研究氯丁橡胶(CR)/天然橡胶(NR)/丁苯橡胶(SBR)和CR/NR/顺丁橡胶(BR)不同并用比例、炭黑N220用量和不同树脂类粘合体系对胶料物理性能及橡胶与DPP芳纶帆布粘合性能的影响.结果表明:阻燃芳纶芯输送带贴胶的优化配方为:CR/NR/BR 20/60/20,炭黑N220 30,白炭黑 1 5,阻燃剂 56,粘合剂RA-65/RK 3.85/6,防老剂2,硫化剂/促进剂/活性剂 12.2,其他2.该配方胶料物理性能、阻燃性能和粘合性能均能达到相应标准要求.%The influences of CR/NR/SBR and CR/NR/BR blend ratio,amount of carbon black N220,and different adhesion system on the physical properties of the vulcanizates and the adhesion properties between rubber and DPP aramid fabric were investigated.The results showed that,the optimum cover rubber formulation for aramid fabric flame retardant conveyor belt was as follows:CR/NR/BR 20/60/20,carbon black N220 30,silica 15,flame retardant 56,adhesive RA-65/RK 3.85/6,antioxidant 2,vulcanizing agent/accelerator/active agent 12.2,and other additives 2.The physical properties,flame retardant properties and adhesion properties of this vulcanizate met the requirements of corresponding standard.
