According to the present invention, an aramid fiber is attached to a concrete structure with a flame-retarding adhesive including a phosphorus-based flame retardant to improve durability and member capacity of the concrete structure, increase the adhesiveness of the aramid fiber by putting the end unit of the aramid fiber, which is attached to the concrete structure with the flame-retarding adhesive, to an aramid flame-retarding panel and fixating the end unit of the aramid fiber with a fixing member, easily work even on a concrete structure with many curved surfaces, protect a concrete structure from the danger of fire, and allow the concrete structure to be used in a more stable manner. The method of the present invention comprises: a step of reinforcing a damaged part of a concrete structure and cleaning up the surface; a step of forming a primer layer; a step of attaching an aramid fiber to the primer layer; a step of curing a flame-retarding adhesive; and a step of mounting an aramid flame-retarding panel in between the aramid fiber and a fixing member.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
