AOD不锈钢渣粉化机理及抑制粉化实验研究

         

摘要

The efflorescence mechanism of the slag was analyzed in detail and experimental research on prevention of efflorescence of AOD stainless steel slag by adjusting the alkalinity of the slag and modification treatment adding the quartz sand and borax were carried out in respectively. The main reason of the serious efflorescence and dusting problem during the cooling process of AOD stainless steel slag is attributed to the 2CaO·SiO2 phase transformation from α'-C2S to γ-C2S. Adjusting the alkalinity of the AOD stainless steel slag from 2 to 1.5 by adding quartz sand can prevent from the efflorescence of the slag, and the method is low cost. But the adding amount must arrive at 15% which increase industrialized difficulty. The method of modification treatment adding borax not only can effectively suppress efflorescence and dusting of AOD stainless steel slag, and the adding amount is only 0.5%~0.8%. The method is easy to achieve industrialization, but the cost is very high.%分析了AOD不锈钢渣的粉化机理,并通过添加石英砂调整渣碱度和添加硼砂渣改性处理对抑制AOD不锈钢冷却过程中的粉化问题进行了实验研究。研究认为,2CaO·SiO2相由α'-C2S相向γ-C2S相的转变,是不锈钢渣冷却过程中导致粉化、扬尘的主要原因。通过添加石英砂将AOD渣碱度由2.0调整到1.5以下,可以抑制AOD不锈钢渣的粉化。该方法成本低,但配加量需达15%,加大了工业化难度;采用配加微量硼砂的改性方式,不仅可有效地抑制AOD不锈钢渣粉化、扬尘,而且加入量仅为0.5%~
