型钢混凝土桁架在转换结构中的应用

     

摘要

This project contains one story underground and 19 stories above ground. The structural transfer floor is on the fifth floor. The transfer structure adopts steel reinforced concrete transfer truss with 27 meters axis span. Steel reinforced concrete truss transfer structure can significantly ease the mass and stiffness mutation of high-rise building. That transfer truss member is structural member of the steel reinforced concrete fully exerts the mechanical performance of the steel and reinforced concrete respectivly. Steel encased reinforced concrete can avoid premature local buckling or global instability of steel, and possesses the advantages of fire retardancy, saving steel. Adding steel in the concrete has the advantages of high bearing capacity, better seismic behavior and so on. Steel reinforced concrete truss is suitable for column transformation structure with large span and supporting multiple layers and is economic, applicable, safe, and reliable.%本工程为地下1层,地上19层,地上第5层为结构转换层。转换结构采用型钢混凝土桁架,其轴线跨度为27.0m。型钢混凝土桁架转换结构可以显著缓和高层建筑质量和刚度的突变。转换桁架构件为型钢混凝土结构构件,充分发挥了型钢与钢筋混凝土结构各自的力学特性,型钢外包钢筋混凝土,可避免型钢过早出现局部屈曲或整体失稳,并具有耐火性好、节省钢材的优点;在混凝土中增加型钢,具有承载力大、抗震性能好等优点。型钢混凝土桁架适用于跨度较大、承托层数较多的拖柱转换结构,经济适用、安全可靠。
