低压碱回收炉省煤器管渗漏的原因及防治

摘要

针对低压碱回收锅炉在运行中省煤器多次发生渗漏事故,从设计、运行等方面进行分析,找出可能造成渗漏的原因。同时,提出了解决的办法,并对碱回收锅炉省煤器的优化设计提出建议。%Based on the economizer leakage accidents happened in chemical recovery boiler, this paper analyzed the possible causes of the leakage from the design and operation point of view, and proposed the measures to solve this problem. Suggestions for optimum economizer design of chemical recovery boiler are put forward.
