车间级MIS系统在造纸企业生产管理中的应用

摘要

车间级管理信息系统(Management Information System,简称MIS)是造纸企业生产管理中的组成部分,对造纸企业的生产管理起着重要的作用,本研究针对一些小型造纸企业生产管理中存在的问题及建立车间级MIS系统的重要性,分析了车间级MIS系统在造纸企业管理中应用的状况,介绍了成功应用的案例,为推广该系统更好地服务于造纸企业生产管理提供理论支撑.%Management Information System(MIS) is not only an important part of papermaking mill,but also plays an important role during production management process.This research proved that the MIS wasimportantin some small paper mill through analyzing the problems of process of production management.This paper analyzedthe application situation of MIS system in papermaking mill,and introduced several illustrative cases.The results could provide the reference and theory evidence for the application of MIS in the papermaking mill in the future.
