苛化工艺对白泥碳酸钙粒度的影响研究

         

摘要

Causticizing process has different inlfuences on particle diameter of white mud calcium carbonate. Excessive reactant may lead to a decrease of caustiifcation ratio and the caustiifcation yield rate in white liquor. In the case of excess green liquid is present, the particle diameter of the white mud will increase gradually, while much excessive limestone will result in a gradual decrease in particle size and then a increase again. With the increase of effective CaO content, the particle diameter will decrease gradually, whereas with increase of ampliifcation ratio of causticizing experiment, the particle size will increases gradually.%苛化工艺对碳酸钙的粒度具有不同程度的影响。反应物过量将导致白液的苛化率和得率降低。其中绿液过量时,生成的碳酸钙粒度逐渐增大;而生石灰过量时,生成的碳酸钙粒度先逐渐减小,后逐渐增加。且随着有效CaO含量的增加,苛化生成的碳酸钙粒度逐渐减小,而随着苛化实验放大倍数的增加,所生成的碳酸钙粒度逐渐增大。
