Xylanase treatment technology was used to improve the properties of hardwood dissolving pulp, including α-cellulose, alkaline solubility, and Fock reactivity. The effect of xylanase dosage and treatment time on those targets was paid more attention in this study. Results showed that ifnal pulp with α-cellulose 93.7%, degree of polymerization 680, pentosan 5.4%, S10 8.1% and S18 7.2%, Fock reactivity 70%, was obtained under the condition of xylanase dosage 10 IU/g and treatment time 90 min. At the same time, the ifber length of treated ifber was negligibly affected based on FQA analysis. Also, ifbrillation happened on the treated ifber surface. Overall, xylanase treatment technology acted as a promising approach to improve the dissolving pulp properties for its downstream utilization.%以阔叶木溶解浆为原料,采用木聚糖酶进行处理以提高浆料的α-纤维素含量、碱溶解度和Fock反应性能等各项指标,满足黏胶纤维以及纤维素衍生物产品对浆粕的质量要求。实验主要探讨酶用量和处理时间对各项性能的影响。结果表明,木聚糖酶用量为10I U/g绝干浆,处理时间为90min时,所得溶解浆的α-纤维素含量93.7%,聚合度680,聚戊糖含量5.4%,碱溶解度S10、S18分别为8.1%、7.2%,F o c k反应性能提高到70%,纤维长度基本保持不变,扭结指数有所下降,纤维变得疏松柔软,表面更加粗糙。经过木聚糖酶处理后,溶解浆的各项性能得到提高,能够满足后续黏胶纤维生产的要求。
