Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bufei Yipi Tongqiao decoction combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic sinusitis. Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic sinusitis were randomly divided into research group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional antibiotics, and the research group was treated with Bufei Yiqi Tongqiao decoction. Comparison were made on clinical symptom score before and after treatment, treatment effect and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Results Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in clinical symptom score (P＞0.05). After treatment, both groups had lower clinical symptom score than those before treatment, but the research group had obviously lower clinical symptom score than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment, the research group had higher total treatment effective rate as 93.33％ than 77.78％ in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The research group had obviously lower incidence of adverse reactions as 2.22％ than 13.33％ in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The combination of Bufei Yipi Tongqiao decoction and antibiotics can significantly improve the clinical symptoms score of patients with chronic sinusitis, significantly improve the treatment effect of patients, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. It can be widely promoted and applied in clinic.%目的 探究对慢性鼻窦炎患者应用补肺益脾通窍汤联合抗生素治疗的临床效果.方法 90例慢性鼻窦炎患者, 随机分为研究组和对照组, 各45例.对照组患者进行常规抗生素治疗, 研究组患者在对照组基础上加用补肺益脾通窍汤进行治疗.比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状评分及治疗效果、不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗前, 两组患者的临床症状评分对比, 差异无统计学意义 (P＞0.05) ;治疗后, 两组患者临床症状评分均低于治疗前, 且研究组患者临床症状评分明显低于对照组, 差异具有统计学意义 (P＜0.05) .治疗后, 研究组治疗总有效率93.33％高于对照组的77.78％, 差异具有统计学意义 (P＜0.05) .研究组不良反应发生率2.22％明显低于对照组的13.33％, 差异具有统计学意义 (P＜0.05) .结论 慢性鼻窦炎患者应用补肺益脾通窍汤和抗生素联合进行治疗能够明显改善患者的临床症状评分, 显著提高患者的治疗效果, 且降低不良反应发生率, 可以在临床上进行广泛的推广和应用.
