目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断周围浅表性血管瘤的临床价值.方法 20例周围浅表性血管瘤行彩色多普勒超声检查,经手术及病理证实.结果 20例血管瘤中声像图特征分为实性为主型5例,占25%,表现为内部回声强弱不等,血供少,加压试验多呈阴性;混合型10例,占50%,表现为网格状的实性组织与液性暗区相间,血流信号较丰富,加压试验呈阳性;以液性暗区为主型5例,占25%,表现为大小不等或相互交通的管状液性暗区,血流信号丰富,加压试验呈阳性.结论 彩色多普勒超声诊断周围浅表血管瘤具有重要的临床价值.%Objective To evaluatethe clinical value of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)in the diagnosis of peripheral superficial hemangioma. Methods Twenty cases of peripheral superficial hemangioma were examined with CDFI and were proven by operation and pathology.Results The sonogaphic characters of the hemangiomas of 20 patients were classified as three types. Solid type (5,25%),characterized by homogeneous, scarce color signal ,and little morphologic changes under compression. Mixed type (10,50%),characterized by the mixture of netty solid tissue and liquid-echo areas, sufficient blood flow signals, and notable morphologic changes under compression. Liquid-echo dominating type(5,25%),characterized by tubular liquid-echo areas with diffrent size or interconnected each other, the blood flow signals were very rich, and notable morphologic changes under compression.Conclusions CDFI is very important clinical value in the Color doppler flow imaging in the diagnosis of peripheral superficial hemangioma.
