亲情快乐护理在儿科护理中的应用与作用

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of applying happy family nursing mode applied in pediatric high-quality nursing. Method There were 293 children, ranging from 2-year-old to 6-year-old, received effective happy family nursing. Medical environment was improved to cooperate with children’s psychological condition. Retrospectively analysis was made on their expression, language, psychological and physical coordination degree during diagnosis and treatment. The results of satisfaction questionnaire for children and parents were analyzed and summarized. Result Happy family nursing can effectively reduce the children’s unhappiness, and make them reach maximum state of pleasure. It also can make children positively and effectively cooperate with medical treatment. Conclusion The application of happy family nursing mode in pediatric high-quality nursing can reduce the children’s unhappiness in the special period. It also can improve children’s ability to cope with setbacks and difficulties, and help the children get positive personality and strong perseverance.%目的：探讨亲情快乐护理模式在儿科优质护理中应用的效果。方法本文针对293例2~6岁的患儿有效地实施了亲情快乐护理，改进就诊环境、配合孩子心理，针对患儿在诊治过程中表情、语言、心理及肢体配合程度回顾性分析，患儿及家长及医护满意度调查问卷结果分析，总结成果。结果实施亲情快乐护理，能有效降低患儿就诊过程中不快乐程度，最大限度的达到愉悦状态，促进其积极有效地配合医疗活动。结论在儿科优质护理中的应用亲情快乐护理模式，降低了患儿特殊时期不愉悦程度。提高孩子应对挫折、困难的能力，促进患儿积极向上的性格，坚强毅力的形成。
