二尖瓣双孔成形术治疗婴幼儿二尖瓣关闭不全疗效分析

摘要

目的：探讨二尖瓣双孔成形术对婴幼儿二尖瓣关闭不全的临床治疗效果。方法18例二尖瓣关闭不全患儿，随机分成二尖瓣双孔成形术组(A组)和二尖瓣交界环缩成形术组(B组)，每组9例。记录两组患儿手术前后心功能NYHA分级情况、并发症发生情况，对比其生存率与返流率。结果①两组患儿反流情况、并发症发生情况及存活率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；②A组治疗后心功能NYHA分级情况明显优于B组患儿，组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对二尖瓣关闭不全患儿行二尖瓣双孔成形术，可有效提升其生存率，改善心功能，避免术后因心功能损害所造成的并发症的发生，安全可靠，具有临床推广价值。%Objective To investigate the curative effect of mitral valve double orifice repair in the treatment of infants and young children with mitral insufficiency. Methods A total of 18 cases of infants with mitral insufficiency were randomly divided into group of mitral valve double orifice repair (group A) and group of mitral valve border ring shrinkage plasty (group B), and each group contained 9 cases. Cardiac function New York Heart Association (NYHA) classification, complications, survival rate and regurgitation rate before and after treatment were all compared. Results ①The differences of regurgitation condition, complications and survival rates of the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05).②Cardiac function NYHA classification of group A after the treatment was better than that of group B. The difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Mitral valve double orifice repair applied in the treatment of children with mitral insufficiency can improve survival rate and heart function. It can avoid complications caused by postoperative cardiac damage. It is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
