2型糖尿病药物强化治疗与常规治疗临床对比

摘要

目的：探讨2型糖尿病药物强化治疗与常规治疗的临床效果差异。方法46例2型糖尿病患者，随机分为对照组23例，实验组23例。实验组给予2型糖尿病药物强化治疗，对照组给予2型糖尿病的常规治疗。对比和观察两组患者临床疗效。结果经治疗3个月后，实验组患者空腹血糖在4.0~7.0 mmol/L。对照组患者空腹血糖均在7.0 mmol/L以上。两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病药物强化治疗较常规治疗临床效果显著，值得临床推广使用。%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy differences between drug intensive treatment and conventional treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 46 cases of type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and each group contained 23 cases. The experimental group was treated by drug intensive treatment for type 2 diabetes, and the control group received conventional treatment of type 2 diabetes. Clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After 3-month treatment, the fasting plasma glucose of the experimental group was 4.0~7.0mmol/L, and that of the control group was above 7.0 mmol/L. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Drug intensive treatment of type 2 diabetes has more obvious clinical efficacy than conventional treatment, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
