羟基喜树碱联合顺铂与氟尿嘧啶和亚叶酸钙治疗晚期直肠癌的疗效分析及文献复习

摘要

Objective To retrospectively analyze the therapeutic outcome of hydroxycamptothecine (HCPT) combined with cisplatin, fluorouracil and leucovorin in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer. Methods Chose 2 cases of advanced cancer patients as research objects, medication in the following manner:HCPT 10 mg/d, intravenous infusion for 4 h;10 mg/d;cisplatin 10 mg/d;fluorouracil daily injections of 500~750 mg/m2, and injected leucovorin 200 mg/d before using fluorouracil. Combination for 5 d, every 3 weeks as1 circle. After 2 sessions, according to the evaluation of curative effect in the treatment of solid tumor WHO(1981 version), WHO classification standards about the side effects of anticancer drugs for clinical assessment. Results There were 2 patients reached CR. Complications:nausea, loss of appetite, grade 3 myelosuppression, liver and kidney function were not obvious injury. Conclusion HCPT combined with cisplatin, Fluorouracil, leucovorin has significant effect in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer with little side effect, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的：分析羟基喜树碱联合顺铂与氟尿嘧啶和亚叶酸钙治疗晚期直肠癌的临床疗效。方法2例晚期直肠癌患者,按以下方式用药：羟喜树碱10 mg/d,静脉滴注4 h；顺铂10 mg/d；氟尿嘧啶每天注射500~750 mg/m2,并在使用氟尿嘧啶前使用亚叶酸钙200 mg/d。联合用药5 d,每3周为1个疗程。在2个疗程后,根据WHO1981版有关实体瘤治疗疗效的评价标准, WHO有关抗癌药物毒副作用的分级标准,进行临床疗效评估。结果2例患者均达CR(完全缓解)。并发症情况：出现恶心、食欲减退,3级骨髓抑制,未见明显肝肾功能损伤。结论羟基喜树碱联合顺铂与氟尿嘧啶和亚叶酸钙治疗晚期直肠癌,疗效显著,副作用小,值得推广。
