盐酸羟考酮治疗晚期中重度癌痛的疗效评价

Objective To investigation of the effect of oxycodone hydrochloride tablet treatment for advanced cancer pain. Methods 76 cases of advanced cancer patients with severe pain, were divided into two groups, 38 cases in each. The control group were treated with morphine sulfate prolonged-release tablets treatment, the observation group were treated oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets treatment. Results Comparison of curative effect and adverse reaction between two groups, no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Oxycodone hydrochloride tablet and morphine sulfate tablets can effectively alleviate the severe cancer pain in advanced cancer, rather the two effects.%目的：评价盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗晚期癌痛的疗效。方法76例晚期癌症伴重度疼痛患者，随机分为两组，各38例。对照组患者给予硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗，观察组患者给予盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗。结果两组间疗效及不良反应对比，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸羟考酮与硫酸吗啡都能有效缓解晚期癌症中重度癌痛，两者疗效相当。
