Objective To evaluate the maternal diet guidance combined with iron polysaccharide complex in controlling of anemia during pregnancy. Methods From July 2011 to June 2013 in this hospital, 400 cases of pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups for comparison, the treatment group (n=200) Dietary analysis and guidance, combined with the iron polysaccharide complex capsules therapy; the control group(n=200) pregnancy only given dietary survey but no intervention. Results Dietary guidance combined with iron polysaccharide complex capsules treatment group than the control group values of hemoglobin, anemia in pregnancy rate dropped, nutrient intake to achieve the ratio of RNI increased, there was significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of maternal diet guidance combined with iron polysaccharide complex capsulesprevent anemia during pregnancy significantly.%目的:评价孕期膳食指导结合多糖铁复合物胶囊防治妊娠期贫血的效果。方法对2011年7月~2013年6月在本院产检的400例孕妇随机分为两组进行比较,治疗组(n=200)进行膳食分析和指导,结合多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗;对照组(n=200)孕期仅给予膳食调查但不干预。结果膳食指导结合多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗组比对照组的血红蛋白值升高,妊娠期贫血发生率下降,营养素摄入量达到RNI的比例升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕期膳食指导结合多糖铁复合物胶囊防治妊娠期贫血的疗效显著。
