目的：探讨服用小剂量阿司匹林患者的阿司匹林抵抗现象并分析其原因。方法选取2012年6月~2013年6月本院收治的100例心脑血管疾病患者，每天给予100 mg的小剂量阿司匹林，在连续服用两周后，对血小板的凝聚情况进行检测，观察患者发生阿司匹林抵抗的情况。结果发生阿司匹林抵抗的有5例(5.0%)，影响因素分析为高血压、糖尿病和不吸烟。结论针对高血压、糖尿病和不吸烟的患者应选用合适、有效的抗血小板聚集药物，实施个体化治疗方案。%Objective To investigate aspirin resistance phenomenon for patients with the low-dose aspirin and analyze its causes. Methods From June 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital 100 cases of cardiovascular disease in patients given low-dose aspirin 100 mg per day, for two weeks in a row after taking on the case of platelet aggregation testing, observation patients cases of aspirin resistance. Results The incidence of aspirin resistance in 5 patients (5.0%), influencing factors as hypertension, diabetes, and no smoking. Conclusion Hypertension, diabetes, and patients do not smoke should be used appropriate and effective anti-platelet aggregation drugs, implementing individualized treatment plan.
