神经不典型布氏杆菌病3例报道

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical feature of atypical neurobrucellosis to improve level of understanding. Methods The clinical data of 3 cases with neurobrucellosis were retrospectively summarized. Results 3 cases with atypical presentation and common performance of brucellosis, and developed unexplained neurological symtoms were diognosised, considering the epidemiological information, positive brucella serum agglutinin test , and blood culture.And they have a better pronosis through comprehensive treatment. Conclusion Neurobrucellosis presents with lack of specificity clinical signs should be raised awareness. Clinical diagnosis is on the basis of epidemiological history, clinical manifestation and laboratory examination and imaging examination. The combined treatment by antibotics is effective and the prognosis is favorable.%目的：探讨不典型神经型布氏杆菌病的临床持点，提高对其认识。方法回顾性分析本院收治的3例布氏杆菌病临床资料。结果3例均缺乏布氏杆菌病的常见表现及缺乏全身性症状和体征，病情复杂，其他疾病不能解释的神经症状，考虑到流行病学资料，布氏杆菌血清凝集试验均阳性，并血培养及规律抗布氏杆菌治疗后预后好。结论神经布氏杆菌病临床表现缺乏特异性时，应该提高认识，依据流行病学史、临床表现及实验室检查及影像学检查进行临床诊断，治疗采用抗生素联合原则，预后良好。
