信息支持对烧伤患者负面情绪影响的相关研究

摘要

Objective To explore the influence of information-support to reduce negative moods of burn patients. Methods Randomly divided the patients into experimental group and control group, including 60 cases in experimental group, with conventional care and Information support, and 60 patients in control group, only with conventional care, then compared the two groups with SAS Scores and SDS Scores on the first and eighth days after they went to doctor. Results SAS scores and SDS scores in the experimental group postoperative 8 days was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion The targeted information support can reduce the negative moods of burn patients.%目的：探讨信息支持对减轻烧伤患者负面情绪的影响。方法将120例烧伤患者随机分为观察组60例和对照组60例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上采用信息支持。两组患者于入院后第1天和第8天采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行问卷调查。结果观察组第8天的SAS和SDS评分和对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论系统有针对性的信息支持可有效减轻烧伤患者的负面情绪。
