目的：研究胃炎运用肝胃百合汤治疗的临床效果。方法本院选择2011年7月~2013年7月间诊治的100例慢性浅表性胃炎患者，将其随机分为两组，对照组的50例患者运用抗酸药、抗胆碱药以及胃黏膜保护剂等药物进行治疗，观察组的50例患者运用口服奥美拉唑胶囊进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果两组患者经过1个疗程的治疗后，观察组患者的有效率为94.0%，对照组为78.0%，两组患者临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性浅表性胃炎患者运用肝胃百合汤治疗后能够发挥清胃、疏肝以及活血的功效。%Objective To study the clinical effect of liver stomach lily soup in treatment of gastritis. Methods To choose 100 cases of chronic superficial gastritis patients between July 2011 to July 2013 in our hospital, which then can be divided into two groups, 50 cases for each group, control group with antacids, fight choline medicine and gastric mucosa protectant drug treatment, observation group with oral omeprazole capsules treatment, compared the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results After 1 courses of treatment, observation group of patients with effective rate was 94.0%, control group was 78.0%, the differences between the two groups of patients with clinical curative effect, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Chronic superficial gastritis patients with liver stomach lily soup treatment can play a clear stomach, liver and promoting blood flow.
