骶髂关节螺钉固定治疗骶髂关节复合体损伤的疗效分析

摘要

目的：分析应用经皮骶髂关节螺钉固定术治疗骶髂关节复合体损伤的技术要点、临床疗效及安全性。方法27例骶髂关节复合体损伤患者，所有患者牵引复位后， C臂X线机透视下经皮骶髂关节螺钉固定骶髂关节骨折，观察临床疗效。结果根据Matta评分标准，优19例，良8例。患者骨折平均愈合时间26.4个月。Majeed功能评分，优20例，良7例，优良率100%。结论经皮骶髂关节螺钉固定治疗骶髂关节复合体损伤是一种安全、有效的治疗方法，手术创伤小、并发症少、手术时间短、康复快，临床可推广使用。%ObjectiveTo analyze technical points, clinical effect and safety of sacroiliac screw fixation in the treatment of sacroiliac complex injury.MethodsThere were 27 patients with sacroiliac complex injury. After traction reduction, sacroiliac fracture was fixed by percutaneous sacroiliac screw under perspective C-arm X-ray. Clinical effect was observed.ResultsMatta criterion showed 19 excellent cases and 8 good cases. The average healing time of fracture was 26.4 months in the patients. Majeed functional score showed 20 excellent cases and 7 good cases, with the good rate as 100%.ConclusionPercutaneous sacroiliac screw fixation in the treatment of sacroiliac complex injury is a safe and effective method, which provides small surgical trauma, few complications, short operation time and quick recovery. This method is worth clinical promotion and application.
