Objective To investigate the application effect of high quality nursing intervention measure in prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc patients under conservative treatment.Methods A total of 80 prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc patients were divided by their admission time into observation group and control group, and each group contained 40 cases. The control group received conventional nursing method, and the observation group received additional high quality nursing intervention. Treatment condition of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The observation group had much better curative effect than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (U=2.5659,P<0.05). After intervention, the observation group had lower hospital stay, cost and incidence of complications than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The satisfaction degree was higher in the observation group than the control group, and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing intervention provides remarkable effect in treating prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc patients, and it is an effective method in addition to drug treatment for improving patients’ condition. It is worthy of wide promotion in clinical nursing medicine.%目的：探究优质护理干预措施在保守治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果。方法80例进行腰椎间盘突出症治疗的患者,根据入院时间将患者分成观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组患者采用常规的护理方式,观察组患者在此基础上采用优质的护理干预。观察并分析两组患者的治疗情况。结果观察组疗效明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(U=2.5659,P<0.05)；观察组患者干预后的住院时间、住院费用以及并发症的发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的满意率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预对于治疗腰椎间盘突出患者的效果明显,是除了药物治疗之外能够很好改善患者病情的有效方法,值得在临床护理医学上广泛推广。
