锁骨钩钢板治疗重度肩锁关节脱位

摘要

目的：探讨重度肩锁关节脱位的治疗和疗效，为肩锁关节脱位的治疗提供参考资料。方法回顾性分析73例采用锁骨钩钢板治疗的TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位患者的临床资料。结果本组获8~16个月随访，根据Karlsson功能评价标准：优58例，良15例，优良率100%。其中5例术后6个月内痛感完全消失。结论对TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位应采取手术治疗，锁骨钩钢板在治疗上符合生物力学特点，方法简便，复位满意，疗效确切，但应严格手术操作程序，消除关节内紊乱发生因素。%ObjectiveTo investigate treatment and curative effect of severe acromioclavicular joint dislocation, in order to provide reference data for treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation.MethodsA retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 73 cases with TossyⅢ acromioclavicular joint dislocation treated by clavicular hook plate.ResultsFollow-up lasted for 8~16 months. According to Karlsson function evaluation standard, there were 58 excellent cases and 15 good cases, with the good rate as 100%. There were 5 cases with totally pain disappearance within 6 months after operation.ConclusionOperation is necessary for TossyⅢ acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Clavicular hook plate is a convenient method with proper biomechanical characteristics, satisfactory restoration and precise effect. It should be applied strictly by operational program, so as to eliminate factors of internal joint derangement.
