快速康复外科护理措施在结直肠癌患者围手术期的效果研究

摘要

目的：观察快速康复外科护理措施在结直肠癌患者围手术期的应用效果。方法108例结直肠癌手术患者随机分为快速康复治疗组和常规治疗组，各54例。快速康复治疗组采用快速康复外科(FTS)护理措施，常规治疗组采用常规护理方法进行围手术期处理。比较两组患者术后住院天数输液治疗时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间及住院总费用。结果与常规组治疗相比，采用FTS的快速康复治疗组术后住院天数、治疗时间、首次肛门排气时间及首次排便时间均缩短，且住院总费用降低，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用FTS技术对结直肠癌患者进行围手术期护理具有良好的临床效果，可促进患者术后胃肠道功能的恢复、减少住院时间及费用。%Objective To observe the application effect of fast track surgery nursing measures in perioperative period of colorectal cancer patients.Methods A total of 108 patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into fast track treatment group and conventional treatment group, with 54 cases in each group. Fast track treatment group received fast track surgery (FTS) nursing measure, and conventional treatment group received conventional nursing method for perioperative period nursing. Comparisons were made on postoperative hospital stays, transfusion time, first evacuation time, first defecating time, and total hospitalization costs between the two groups. Results Compared with the conventional treatment group, the fast track treatment group receiving FTS had shortened postoperative hospital stays, treatment time, first evacuation time, first defecating time, and lowered total hospitalization cost. The difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Implement of FTS provides good clinical effect in perioperative period nursing for colorectal cancer patients, and this method can improve gastroenteric function rehabilitation and reduce hospital stay and cost.
