目的：探讨结肠癌患者围手术期采用快速康复外科护理措施的效果。方法选择2013年10月～2015年12月100例入住我院的结直肠癌外科手术治疗患者，平均分成两组，对比组采用常规护理干预，研究组采用快速康复护理，分别记录两组患者术后恢复时间数据。结果研究组患者肛门首次排气时间为（2.71±0.81）d，短于对比组（4.16±1.21）d ；研究组患者住院时间为（10.16±2.03）d，短于对比组（14.27±3.18）d，两组数据差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论运用快速康复能够有效缩短结直肠癌手术患者住院时间，减少输液治疗时间。%Objective To investigate the effect of surgical nursing measures of perioperative rapid rehabilitation for patients with colon cancer. Methods 100 cases of patients with surgical treatment of colorectal cancer in our hospital from October 2013 to December 2015, were selected and were divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing intervention and observation group was given rapid rehabilitation nursing. Their recovery time data were recorded. Results The first time anal exhaust time of observation group (2.71±0.81) was significantly shorten than that of control group (4.16±1.21) d. In-hospital time of observation group (10.16±2.03) d was lower than that of control group (14.27±3.18) d, the difference about 2 groups has statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Applying to rapid rehabilitation can effectively shorten in-hospital time of colorectal cancer surgery patients and reduce the time of transfusion treatment.
