颅内肿瘤患者护理干预对围手术期应激反应的影响

摘要

Objective To analyze the influence of nursing intervention for intracranial tumor patients on stress reaction in perioperative period. Methods There were 37 intracranial tumor patients receiving nursing intervention. Related data were recorded and analyzed. Results After intervention, patients’anxiety and depression scores were much better than those before intervention. Their heart rate, systolic pressure, and mean arterial pressure after intervention were also better than those before intervention. The difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Implement of nursing intervention for intracranial tumor patients in perioperative period can effectively relieve their negative emotion and stabilize physical signs.%目的：分析颅内肿瘤患者护理干预对围手术期应激反应的影响。方法37例颅内肿瘤患者，均予以护理干预，记录并分析相关数据。结果干预后患者的焦虑、抑郁评分明显优于干预前，且干预后的心率、收缩压、平均动脉压明显优于干预前，干预前后对比，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颅内肿瘤患者围术期应用护理干预能有效缓解患者的负性情绪，稳定生理体征。
