奥美拉唑与克拉霉素联合应用治疗慢性胃炎的疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素治疗慢性胃炎的疗效。方法134例慢性胃炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组，每组67例，对照组患者给予单纯奥美拉唑治疗，观察组患者给予奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素治疗，观察两组患者的临床疗效及幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除率。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率95.5%明显高于对照组79.1%，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的Hp根除率为94.0%，对照组患者为91.0%，组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者在治疗期间均未出现严重的不良反应。结论奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素治疗慢性胃炎的疗效好，是一种理想的治疗方案。%ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of omeprazole combined with clarithromycin in the treatment of chronic gastritis.MethodsA total of 134 patients with chronic gastritis were divided into observation group and control group, with 67 cases in each group. The control group received omeprazole alone for treatment, while the observation group was given omeprazole combined with clarithromycin for treatment. Clinical effects and helicobacter pylori (Hp) eradication rates were observed in the two groups.ResultsThe clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 95.5%, which was obviously higher than 79.1% of the control group, and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). After treatment, the Hp eradication rate of the observation group was 94.0%, and that of the control group was 91.0%. The difference had no statistical significance between the two groups (P>0.05). No severe adverse reactions were found in the two groups during treatment.ConclusionThe combination of omeprazole and clarithromycin has good effect in treating chronic gastritis, and it is an ideal treatment regimen.
